The answer is sadly no. Sorry to say that but you have to be 18 or older and live in a certain town in Canada to be a moderator. Most players of Club Penguin are under 18 so we have no chance of becoming a mod even if you live right next to CP Headquarters.

Could you alone (in real life) tip a whole big iceberg? No, and you also need many penguin to tip the iceberg in a virtual life.

Well, to tip the iceberg you need 100 people moving ( I suggest dancing ) on the iceberg. It’s pretty hard, but I know people who have done it. It takes a lot of time and patience. All the 100 penguins need to be on one side of the iceberg ( the tip ) and they need to be moving. Even flippping pizzas will do!
